The Bike

We’re rebuilding, racing then giving away the iconic Honda CR500. Follow along as we go through the teardown, repair and rebuilding of a classic. Then after we shake out any quirks we’ll get it race prepped and see how it stacks up to a field of bikes three decades newer. And finally what better way to cap it all off than to put it into the hands of one of our NEVRA App users.

Make sure you’ve got the most up to date version of the NEVRA App downloaded and start using the app as much as you can to connect with other riders. There is no purchase necessary, we just ask that you download, use and share the NEVRA App with everyone you currently ride with and soon enough one of you will be throwing your leg over this piece of motorcycle history.

Promotion Title: Win the official NEVRA 1988 Honda CR500R!

Promotion Duration: 06/07/2025 to 09/01/2025


Eligibility:  

1. Participants must be at least 18 years old at entry.

2. The promotion is open to residents of the continental United States only. Residents of Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from the promotion.

3. Employees of NEVRA and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter:  

  1. Download the NEVRA APP from nevraapp.com or go directly to Google Play or The App Store.

  2. Register as a user on the application and post your ride when it becomes available in your region.

  3. By downloading the app and registering, participants will automatically be entered into the drawing to win the fully restored 1988 Honda CR 500.

  4. Existing users will also be automatically entered into the drawing.

  5. Registered users may qualify for additional entries based on application activity.

Promotion Details:  

  1. The race-ready 1988 Honda CR 500 will be the grand prize awarded in this giveaway. 

  2. The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on 8/23/2025.

  3. The winner will be notified in the application and has seven days to respond, or the drawing will occur again. This will happen until a winner responds to the message in the application and accepts the grand prize.

Winner Announcement:  

  1. The winner will be announced via the application and on our official social media channels.

  2. The winner must respond within seven (7) days to claim their prize. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture of the prize, and another winner may be selected.

General Conditions:  

  1. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to comply with all the rules and regulations set forth in this document.

  2. NEVRA reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed to violate these rules or any federal, state, or local laws.

  3. This promotion is void where prohibited by law.

  1. By entering the giveaway, participants release NEVRA from any liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the promotion or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.

  2. The winner accepts the bike as is, and NEVRA makes no warranty of condition or guarantees regarding the bike's functionality. Upon acceptance of the bike, the winner agrees to these terms.

  3. In the spirit of the Safety and Community culture that NEVRA supports, any individual who accepts the prize will wear proper safety equipment and never ride alone.
