Child Safety Standards

NEVRA’s Commitment to Child Safety and Compliance

At NEVRA, we are deeply committed to protecting children and maintaining a safe and secure platform for all users. We strictly adhere to Google’s child abuse and safety requirements and enforce a zero-tolerance policy for any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy Statement

NEVRA maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding child sexual abuse and exploitation. Any attempt to use our platform for such activities is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement and child protection organizations.

We are committed to preventing the use of NEVRA’s services for the distribution, solicitation, or promotion of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and we take decisive action to enforce this policy.

Definitions:

  • CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation): Refers to any content or behavior that exploits, abuses, or endangers children in a sexual context. This includes but is not limited to grooming, extortion, trafficking a child for sex, or any other form of sexual exploitation.

  • CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material): Refers to any visual depiction—such as photos, videos, or computer-generated imagery—of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct. CSAM is illegal and strictly prohibited on NEVRA.

 2. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are explicitly forbidden on the NEVRA platform:

  • Uploading, sharing, or distributing CSAM

  • Using NEVRA for grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of minors

  • Engaging in predatory behaviors such as sextortion or the sexualization of minors

  • Posting, transmitting, or storing any content that violates child protection laws

Any user found engaging in these activities will face immediate and permanent removal from the platform and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

 3. Reporting and Enforcement

Reporting

If you encounter content on NEVRA that you believe involves child exploitation, report it immediately using the in-app contact form. If a child is in immediate danger, please contact your local law enforcement agency.

Enforcement Actions

NEVRA responds swiftly and decisively to CSAE and CSAM violations by:

  • Removing offending content

  • Disabling or restricting account features

  • Permanently banning user accounts

  • Reporting incidents to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other relevant authorities

 Collaboration with Authorities

We work proactively with law enforcement and child protection agencies. All confirmed violations are reported in full compliance with applicable laws and industry best practices.
